Order Confirmation

You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.

 

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is ready to ship.

 

Shipping Rates

For orders under $150 AUD, shipping is calculated at checkout (Standard Postage).

 

Free Standard Shipping

Customers receive free Standard Postage within Australia on purchases of $150 AUD or more.

 

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. A tracking link will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.

 

Shipping to New Zealand

We charge a flat fee of $22.95 for Standard Postage anywhere in New Zealand.
